Small bistro in the Compans Caffarelli district, a stone’s throw from the Canal du Midi allows you to taste many dishes around the duck. Its essentials: foie gras and candied duck breast! All their products are French and their cooking homemade.

And as a bonus, you can choose an accompaniment at will (we strongly advise you their home fries).

#2 La P’tite Gouaille


 

Close to the Place du Capitole, the emblem of Toulouse and its cooking! The interior decoration (on two large rooms) plunges you into a Toulouse atmosphere with the typical red bricks of the city. Moreover, the atmosphere is welcoming and musicians are sometimes present to delight your ears.

The cooking is traditional and regional. You can’t miss the roasted camembert and the famous cassoulet from Toulouse!

It is necessary to count approximately 14€ for a menu (starter + main course).
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 7pmh to 10:45pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 7pm to 12:30am.

#3 Le Dahu


 

A stone’s throw from Place Saint-Pierre, before (or after) having passed Chez Tonton, come and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and dishes from the South West. The famous cassoulet and a duck breast with fig and apricot sauce (we are already hungry) are highly recommended!

It is necessary to count approximately 20€ for a menu (dish + entry) and 26€ for a complete menu.

Typical and very traditional restaurant, you can’t miss it. Its front is 100% Toulouse homemade either in bricks, with red and orange in the honor!

You were probably wondering where a reference was for the famous Toulouse sausage? Well, here it is! Of course, you will find in Au Gascon the cassoulet and the duck breast but also the essential sausages from Toulouse!
The atmosphere is very friendly with a “canteen” spirit, ideal to share a moment with a good group of friends!
